An important activity of EUSMAT is the establishment and maintenance of a research network with universities in and outside Europe.
On the one hand, this involves formal agreements with specially selected universities; on the other hand, informal contacts to international renowned scientists are also of major importance.
A dynamic and diverse network enables joint projects in education and research, applying for grants for research projects and the international exchange of scientists.
The following projects have already been implemented with the financial support of the European Commission, which allows the exchange of scientific staff between different universities:
